At Tapper's Jewelry, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely place your jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates, warranty cards, and appraisals that accompanied the piece.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
